VERRE's warranty policy protects against factory defects including materials and workmanship. Coverage is valid for purchases made directly from Gearbox or an authorized Gearbox dealer. Proof of purchase and product evaluation is required for a claim to be opened, processed and approved.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by hits to the ground, abuse, negligence or user modification, as well as natural breakdown or fading of graphics over extended use are not covered.
